Order Processing Times
Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing and dispatch. “Dispatched” means your order has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is en route to your address. During peak times or holidays, processing may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times vary based on your location and begin once your order has been dispatched:
- United States: 15–20 business days
- United Kingdom: 17–25 business days
- Australia: 15–24 business days
- Canada: 14–20 business days
- Worldwide: 20–30 business days
Please note: Shipping carriers may experience delays during holidays or peak periods. Customs delays on international orders may also extend delivery timeframes. These circumstances are outside of our control.
Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
It’s important to enter complete and accurate shipping details at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect information can result in delays or cancellations. If there are address issues, our customer support team will contact you within 3 business days. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If you need to update your shipping details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order via our Contact Us page. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications after this period.
Delayed Delivery
While we strive for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to courier disruptions, weather, or other external issues. We will work with the carrier to resolve any delays and keep you informed. In rare cases, processing delays may occur due to product availability, address verification, or payment issues. We will notify you if this happens.
Please note that Peticur is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors. Although exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, our support team is always available to help.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is handed to our shipping carrier, Peticur is not responsible for events during transit. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the courier directly to initiate a claim. You may also reach out to us via our Contact Us page. We will follow up with the carrier on your behalf and keep you updated. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement if the package is not recovered.
